Abraham Zeigermann serves as a Managing Partner for The FoxStone Group.  Mr. Zeigermann is a board member, and responsible for overseeing all operations.  His wide-ranging background in real estate provides him with a unique combination of skills and experience to draw from when engaging in ventures with investors and capital partners. In the early 1990's Mr. Zeigermann began his career in residential property management that developed into a brokerage practice towards the late 1990's.  While studying at NYU, he continued his involvement in real estate as an appraiser. He then joined KTR-Newmark, an international real estate valuation firm, where he analyzed and appraised properties nationwide and earned significant exposure to the real estate industry.  As vice president, he oversaw assignments in many sectors including, but not limited to, residential, office, retail, mixed and special-use real estate assets.  Subsequently, Mr. Zeigermann joined MCG as a senior partner where he oversaw the operations of the underwriting and consulting groups.  Overall, Mr. Zeigermann gained incalculable experience in many facets of the real estate arena including asset valuation and risk/reward tolerance. Mr. Zeigermann has cultivated an exceptional combination of skills and experience, earned over the past 15+ years. His in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the real estate mix provides enhanced realizable value for The FoxStone Group clients, investors and capital partners alike.
Jesse Stein manages the capital markets and underwriting teams for the FoxStone Group. Over the past three years, he has been integrally involved in facilitating over $500 million of real estate acquisitions. With a background in finance as well as commercial real estate, Jesse is involved in all aspects of the investment banking and advisory services that The FoxStone Group offers. He personally analyzes and structures each transaction, working directly with private investors, banks, funds, and insurance companies. Jesse has a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Masters in Real Estate Development from New York University.
Kang Koo is the Director of International Capital Markets for the FoxStone Group. Born and raised in Seoul, Korea, Mr. Koo has worked in Korea, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States. His strong relationships with major Korean and Japanese investment institutions allow The FoxStone Group to source capital and investment opportunities directly from Asia. Mr. Koo has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yonsei University in Seoul and a Masters in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University.

Lawrence J. Longua serves as a Senior Advisory Board Member at The FoxStone Group. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor in the Masters Degree program of the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, the Curriculum Coordinator for the program’s finance curriculum, and the Director of the Institute’s REIT Center.  He has lectured on topics of commercial real estate finance, capital markets and securitization in the Netherlands, Germany, Japan and China, besides numerous presentations throughout the United States.  He has provided expert witness litigation support in both Federal and New York State courts.
 Mr. Longua received a Masters in Business Administration degree from Dowling College, and has completed the Harvard University Advanced Management Course.  He is a member of Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society in Business Administration and a Fellow of the Japanese Association for Real Estate Securitization. Mr. Longua served in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged at the rank of Captain.

Stephen S. Friedman serves as a Senior Advisory Board Member at The FoxStone Group, and is a partner in the Real Estate Department of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. Mr. Friedman focuses his practice in financing, capital markets, acquisitions and sales, development, leasing and construction. He has closed some of the most sophisticated financing and workout transactions in the real estate industry.
Mr. Friedman’s clients include international and domestic investors, syndicators, sponsors, real estate funds, owners, tenants, residential and commercial developers, construction and permanent lenders. Mr. Friedman has represented these clients in a range of real estate matters, including restructuring, workouts and refinancing; preparation and negotiation of loan documents; leasing; real estate syndications; preparation and negotiation of partnership and management agreements; foreclosures and evictions. Mr. Friedman brings a sophisticated corporate background to real estate transactions.

Jeffrey Folger serves as a Senior Advisory Board Member for The FoxStone Group, and is a Partner at the firm Folger & Folger. Mr. Folger’s primary practices are in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, finance and general corporate and transactional matters for both public and private companies. He has handled numerous acquisition, sale, joint venture and financing transactions in various industries. He represents public companies on a continuing basis, including assisting publicly-traded companies with periodic reporting requirements and advising clients on compliance with the federal securities laws, including Sarbanes-Oxley, as well as advising public clients on “going private” transactions. Mr. Folger graduated from Columbia Law School, and was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell prior to joining Folger & Folger.
Professor Ysrael A. Seinuk serves as a Senior Advisory Board Member of The FoxStone Group. Mr. Seinuk is regarded as a worldwide authority on the design and construction of high-rise concrete and steel buildings, a lecturer, author, educator, and entrepreneur. A native of Cuba and a graduate of the University of Havana, Professor Seinuk is a licensed engineer in 20 states: the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. Prof. Seinuk has been teaching structures in architecture since 1969 at the Cooper Union School of Architecture, where he heads the Structural Department, serves as the Chairman of the Academic Standards Committee, is a past member of the Judicial Committee, and is a past Acting Dean.   Prof. Seinuk has received numerous awards for his individual achievements. He is the recipient of the Society of American Registered Architects 2008 Synergy Award, in recognition of outstanding contributions relating to the advancement of architecture and the fine arts; the New York Society of Architects 2007 Distinguished Service Award; he was recently inducted into the HENAAC Hall of Fame whose members have achieved the highest honors as Hispanic Engineers, Scientists and Mathematicians; he received the 2006 Homer Gage Balcom Award for Lifetime Achievements in Structural Engineering from the ASCE; the 2005 Urban Visionaries Award for engineering from The Cooper Union School of Architecture; the 2005 Engineer of the Year from the Association of Cuban Engineers, and the Leader of Industry Award from The Concrete Industry Board in 1999.
